How AdsOps handles your data, in plain language.
What we read
AdsOps reads marketing and analytics performance data from the platforms you (or your workspace admin) connect — spend, clicks, conversions, and the lead events you send us — so we can show your performance and generate recommendations. We request the minimum access needed, and connectors are read-only: AdsOps does not change campaigns, publish content, or spend money without your explicit approval.
Who owns your data
Your data is yours. AdsOpsprocesses it to provide the service to your workspace and does not sell it. We do not store your customers' contact details (names, emails, phone numbers) — those stay in your own CRM; we track deal stage and value for reporting.
Workspace separation
Every client's data lives in its own workspace and is isolated: data, recommendations, reports, and AI memory are scoped to a single workspace and never cross between clients. Access to a workspace is limited to the users assigned to it, plus the platform administrator.
Who can access your data
The users your admin assigns to your workspace, and the AdsOpsplatform administrator (who operates the service and may view a workspace to provide support). Administrator access is recorded in an audit log. Agency-internal notes are never shown to client users.
How AI uses your data
AdsOps's AI features analyse only your own workspace's datato produce recommendations and summaries for that workspace. AI memory is workspace-isolated — one client's data is never used to answer for another. Recommendations are grounded in your real numbers; AdsOps does not fabricate metrics or ROI.
API keys & tokens
Connector access tokens are encrypted at rest. Keys and tokens are never displayed back in full in the app and are never included in exports. You can disconnect any channel at any time from Settings → Data Sources; disconnecting deletes the stored tokens for that channel.
Deleting your data or account
To disconnect a source, use Settings → Data Sources (tokens for that channel are deleted immediately). To request deletion of your workspace data or your account, contact your workspace admin or the AdsOps team; we will remove your workspace data, subject to any limited records we must retain for security and audit purposes.
